Seeflect is an AR visualization platform operated by Charnam, based in the Netherlands. We provide restaurants and other businesses with tools to offer 3D augmented reality product experiences to their customers.

Account data — When you create a Seeflect account, we collect your name, email address, and restaurant name. This is required to provide the service.

Usage data — We collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. This helps us improve the product.

Guest interaction data — When your customers scan a QR code and view dishes, we collect anonymous analytics (QR scans, dish views, AR activations). No personally identifiable information is collected from your guests.

Payment data — Payments are processed by Mollie (Netherlands). We do not store or have access to your card details. Mollie's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

We use your data solely to:

• —Send product updates and important account notifications
• —Improve platform performance and features
• —Respond to support requests

You can unsubscribe from product update emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email.

Your data is stored in Supabase on servers located in the EU (Ireland region). We do not transfer your data outside the European Union. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

As a resident of the EU, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We use essential cookies only. These are strictly necessary for authentication and session management — the platform cannot function without them.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or behavioural targeting cookies of any kind.

We use the following third-party services to operate Seeflect:

• —Supabase — Database and authentication. Servers in EU (Ireland).
• —Mollie — Payment processing. Based in the Netherlands.
• —PostHog — Product analytics. EU-hosted instance.
• —Meshy AI — 3D model generation. Data is processed on-demand and not retained.

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policy and GDPR compliance framework.
